Target: extending knowledge of the machine and cutting technology, to be able to solve cutting problems on one’s own, and to improve the communication with the helpdesk
 
            Following concepts will be discussed:

   1. technical structure of the machine
   2. name essential components
   3. generate laser beam
   4. what exactly is taking place in the cutting seam ?
   5. maximum cutting thicknesses with the accompanying marginal phenomena
   6. what is production technical possible ?
   7. limit range machine settings
   8. macro parameters
   9. summary parameters
   10. machine accurateness and product tolerance  
   11. practical examples

Target group: advanced operators
      We advise to have operators with at least one year of cutting experience, follow this course
 
Conditions: thorough knowledge machine operation, cutting experience and technical insight

Duration: 2 days

Maximum number of participants: 3-4

The gained knowledge has to be put into practice. After this the participants will be tested on their gained knowledge. If this course has been finished successfully, the participants will receive the certificate “Advanced Machine Operation”.
 

The customer takes care of:

3. documentation material
