The advantages of a maintenance contract are following.

Free use of the helpdesk, which can be reached on working days 24 hours a day.

Telediagnosis through remote desktop. We can then look into your machine/system from out of the help desk, so we can be of service to you even more efficiently (provided that you meet the minimum system requirements).

Program support via remote desktop.

In mutual consultation, you have the possibility to order wear parts directly ONLINE from the machine. This, because in practice it often happens, that small wear parts, such as nozzles, are not on stock. This causes unnecessary concessions in the cutting quality, or even a machine stop.

Travelling costs are limited to a maximum.

Reduced hourly rate for interim jobs.

Besides the possibility of a Weber Basic maintenance contract we have the possibility of a Weber Plus service contract. When you choose for this kind of contract, it will be determined in mutual consultation, what the customer wants, and customized work will be offered.
